The OSCF is open to all spouses of active-duty and retired officers in all military branches as well as spouses of government employees grade 7+ who reside in the Greater Spokane community.

Becoming a Member of OSCF has never been so easy and rewarding!


How do I become a member?


Simply fill out the form below and use PayPal to submit your annual dues ($50) directly to the OSCF.

Alternatively, you may use this link to access to our Membership Form in Google Document formatting - print the form and submit it with a check for your dues to the OSCF.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?


The OSCF is a unique mix of people and experiences.  It is an opportunity to meet and network with others who have similar values and orientation.  As a member, you'll enjoy such benefits as invitations to free events, a bingo party with fabulous prizes, and you'll even have the opportunity to attend invitation-only shopping parties with special prices for OSCF members!  We have a wide range of events planned, everything from fun social events to scholarship dinners and fundraisers.  All in all, membership in such a historic organization gives you the opportunity to expand your friends and experiences, allowing you to create some memories that are unique and will last a lifetime!

 

Who is eligible?


  1. Spouses of active duty officers and warrant officers
  2. Spouses of officers and warrant officers assigned to the reserve components (e.g., Air Force Reserve, Army Reserve, etc.)
  3. Spouses of officers and warrant officers assigned to the National Guard
  4. Spouses or widows of retired officers and warrant officers
  5. All officers and warrant officers of the United States Armed Forces
  6. All officers and warrant officers of Allied forces
  7. Spouses of officers and warrant officers of Allied forces
  8. Civilian employees (including NAF employees) in grade 7 or higher positions
  9. Spouses of civilian employees (including NAF employees) in grade 7 or higher positions
  10. Adult family members who reside permanently with any eligible member of the Officers’ Spouses’ Club at Fairchild
  11. Honorary Commanders at Fairchild AFB
  12. Spouses of Honorary Commanders at Fairchild AFB
